Hi all, it’s been around a year now since Shibden CC held it’s first AGM and is now time for this year’s AGM, which all club members are invited to. The meeting will be held on Friday 16th November from 6:30 to 7:30pm at Black Dyke Mill Community Café (Nora’s) followed by a few drinks afterwards. There will also be an end of year/Christmas party for the kids at the same time at the VR place next door. The meeting agenda will be similar to last years;

• Review of the minutes and actions from last year’s AGM

• Overview of what the club has done over the past year

• Finances

• Open discussion with club members on what they would like to see done differently & what they like about how the club is currently run

• Aims & ambitions for the coming year

• Re-election of committee members

• AOB
